The Fall quarter is usually the best time for students to participate as there are usually less schedule conflicts. |

City Outreach Picnic

| Description: | Due to a nationally televised Phillies game that will affect traffic and parking in South Philly, we're moving the time of the Fall Kickoff Picnic to 11am-3pm. The picnic will be at FDR Park (at Broad & Pattison). Email Anne (adavies@tenth.org) to register a team for the Ultimate Frisbee Tournament. Everyone is welcome, and there's no need to register in advance. Please bring your family, friends, and neighbors!! There will be face-painting, juggling, wiffleball and/or softball, relay races, and an Ultimate Frisbee tournament (you must pre-register to participate in the tournament). There is also tennis, but you must bring your own equipment. Burgers, hot dogs, and drinks will be provided; but please bring the following to share-- If your last name begins with A-L, please bring a side dish (pasta salad, potato salad, etc.) If your last name begins with M-Z, please bring a dessert If you have any questions, email Anne (adavies@tenth.org).
